We advise you to request your delivery/collection time approx 2 hours before your ceremony. Once we have received your order, we will check it through. Should we have any questions regarding your order, we will contact you.

Your order will be gift boxed and buttonholes are supplied with pearl pins for attaching.

Delivery/Collection of your Flowers & Plant order

Our team of professional drivers will personally hand-deliver your order throughout our listed delivery areas (see below). This ensures that as you have placed your order with us because you appreciate our styles and services, that we actually design, make-up and deliver your order. When placing your order you will be asked to choose a preferred delivery window either AM (9-12) or PM (12-5). Although we take every effort to meet delivery requests and preferences, we cannot guarantee specific times.

UK Nationwide Deliveries:

For postcodes outside of our personal delivery area we can co-ordinate your order with our carefully selected group of exceptional florists that help us to cover the UK. Just like ourselves, who are passionate about flowers and BFA accredited (where possible).

Same Day delivery option is NOT available for UK Nationwide deliveries.

Your order will be delivered within a time period of up to 3 working days after placing in online. We will email you once it has left the shop and is en-route or delivery. Our working days are Monday - Saturday (excluding bank holidays).

All flower and plant orders are subject to a delivery charge. Prices vary dependant on postcode and distance from our store. Same day orders must be placed before 12.30pm and are subject to an additional £3.00 fee. See below for our standard delivery charges.

What if they are not in when we try to deliver the flowers?
Our drivers will make every effort to meet the special instructions placed on your order, but should the recipient not be in when they make delivery the first option is to leave your gift with a neighbour. Alternatively if there is a safe place to leave them (i.e. porch etc) they will be placed and on both instances a note will be posted to advise them of the attempted delivery and where to collect them from.

Ordering Collect from Store

If you would like collect your order please use the checkout process in the same way of ordering a delivery.

During the checkout you will be asked for a day and preferred collection time.

As we receive your order, we will send you a text message and an email to confirm your collection (with map links to enable to find us easier).

When our florist has created your order we will send you a text and email to confirm that your order is ready and waiting for you.

Ordering Floral Sundries & Gift Vouchers

Floral sundries are delivered within our personal delivery area and standard charges are applicable unless you prefer to order online and use the Collect from Store option.

Gift Vouchers are delivery by 1st Class Royal Mail (Tuesday-Saturday) unless Collect from Store is requested during the checkout.

Prices

All prices shown include VAT at the standard rate and the VAT charged inclusive will be shown at the checkout for your reference.

For products with a single price option, the images shown are for a standard size. The standard price gives us a base price to recreate the theme. For products with multiple size options, the images shown are for the Medium size.

If however the medium or large size is selected, this gives us the opportunity to give a greater flower selection and to include extra flowers to enhance the theme of the product.

Substitutions
Where possible we will endeavour to make up your order to the product specification. Due to seasonal fluctuations and out of stock items we will substitute with an alternative flower/product which is inkeeping with your order.

Type

The design is a handtie posy with a tidy and timeless presentation.

Bridal bouquets consists of 12 large headed lilac roses embedded with gypsophila throughout and added foliage of eucalyptus. The stems of bouquets are bound with ivory satin. (Approx Height 27cm & Width 25cm)

Bridesmaids bouquets are designed as the bridal bouquet but reducing the number of lilac roses to 6. The quantity of gypsophila and eucalyptus is unchanged and the stems bound in ivory satin. (Approx Height 25cm & Width 22cm)

Flowergirl is a floral wand design, with a single large headed lilac rose framed with delicate touches of gypsophila and eucalyptus. Finished with a ivory satin bow and trails. (Approx Length 25cm & Width 9cm)

Buttonholes are designed with a single lilac (Approx Height 27cm & Width 25cm) with a delicate touch of gypsophila and mixed foliage. Presented with a pearl pin for fixing. (Approx Length 8cm & Width 5cm)
