Delivery of your Flowers & Plant order
Our team of professional drivers will personally hand-deliver your order throughout our listed delivery areas (see below). This ensures that as you have placed your order with us because you appreciate our styles and services, that we actually design, make-up and deliver your order. When placing your order you will be asked to choose a preferred delivery window either AM (9-12) or PM (12-5). Although we take every effort to meet delivery requests and preferences, we cannot guarantee specific times.

We offer FREE delivery on all products within our "Just to Say" next day delivery range.
Standard Delivery Charges by Postcode:
All flower and plant orders are subject to a delivery charge. Prices vary dependant on postcode and distance from our store. Same day orders must be placed before 12.30pm and are subject to an additional £2.95 fee. See below for our standard delivery charges.

Additional gifts being sent with your flower or plant order will not incur any extra delivery charge. Please call 01902 847771 if you have any queries regarding your delivery charge.
What if they are not in when we try to deliver the flowers?
Our drivers will make every effort to meet the special instructions placed on your order, but should the recipient not be in when they make delivery the first option is to leave your gift with a neighbour. Alternatively if there is a safe place to leave them (i.e. porch etc) they will be placed and on both instances a note will be posted to advise them of the attempted delivery and where to collect them from.

Ordering Collect from Store
If you would like collect your order please use the checkout process in the same way of ordering a delivery.
During the checkout you will be asked for a day and preferred collection time.
You will receive an email to confirm that your order is ready and waiting for you.
Ordering Floral Sundries & Gift Vouchers
Floral sundries are delivered within our personal delivery area and standard charges are applicable unless you prefer to order online and use the Collect from Store option.
Gift Vouchers are delivery by 1st Class Royal Mail (Tuesday-Saturday) unless Collect from Store is requested during the checkout.
All prices shown include VAT at the standard rate and the VAT charged inclusive will be shown at the checkout for your reference. Should you require a full vat receipt please contact us and we can arrange the paperwork to be posted to you. Our VAT registration number is 310590145.
The images shown are for a standard size. The standard price gives us a base price to recreate the theme.
If however the medium or large size is selected, this gives us the opportunity to give a greater flower selection and to include extra flowers to enhance the theme of the product.

Where possible we will endeavour to make up your order to the product specification. Due to seasonal fluctuations and out of stock items we will substitute with an alternative flower/product which is inkeeping with your order.
