We have recently extended our delivery area, which now covers the following postcodes across Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Walsall, Dudley, Telford and Staffordshire. Our team of professional drivers will personally hand-deliver your order throughout our listed delivery areas, in one of our eye-catching fleet of vehicles. This ensures that as you have placed your order with us because you appreciate our styles and services, that we actually design, make-up and deliver your order. When placing your order you will be asked to choose a preferred delivery window either AM (8-12) or PM (12-6). Although we take every effort to meet delivery requests and preferences, we cannot guarantee specific times.

Postcode not listed? We offer FREE delivery on all products within our "Just to Say" next day delivery range. All other products are subject to a delivery charge from £1.75. Prices vary dependant on distance. Same day orders are subject to an additional £2.50 fee. See below for deliverry charges.

What if they are not in when we try to deliver the flowers?
Our drivers will make every effort to meet the special instructions placed on your order, but should the recipient not be in when they make delivery the first option is to leave your gift with a neighbour. Alternatively if there is a safe place to leave them (i.e. porch etc) they will be placed and on both instances a note will be posted to advise them of the attempted delivery and where to collect them from.

Orders outside our areas
If your order is outside of our listed delivery areas your order will be sent by relay (Teleflorist). For relay orders please phone for prices. This is due to us having to adhere to the national relay price guide.
