We understand that sometimes you may like to create your own displays and designs for your event.
That's perfectly fine with us and its lovely to see people being creative.
With this is mind, we have selected items from our range that we can hire out to help you achieve your styling goals.

An original vintage black bicycle looks very effective outside your entrance to your venue. Is very versatile and can also be placed indoors and used to display your sweetie treats. Basket NOT included and for safety we have removed functions to stop it being riden.

FAQ's
What is included in the price quoted?
The price displayed is for 4 day hire only. It does not include fresh florals and excludes delivery charges (if required).
What if my wedding date changes?
That would be fine as long you have informed us by email to: weddingflowersandstyling@gmail.com
We can check availability of the items you have ordered against your new date. If items are already on hire we will advise you of alternatives.
How does delivery and collection of hired items work?
Delivery & collection charges to your nominated address will apply. There is NO charge for orders that are collected and returned from/to the shop. Delivery & collection charges is calculated at £1.00 per mile within a radius of 60 miles.
When do I need to pay?
To place your order and confirm your date, a £50.00 non-refundable booking deposit is required. This is deducted from your final balance. When you confirm your final numbers, we are then able to send your final invoice. Your final balance is due 28 days prior to the date of your wedding.
Security deposit
You will receive a second invoice for the security deposit of our hired items. We require a 50% security deposit on hired items only. This is held by ourselves as a separate transaction. Once we have collected all the hired items, ensuring all items are not damaged your security deposit is refunded in full within 5 days. Should any items be missing or damaged a deduction of your security deposit will made to cover the replacement cost.
When hiring the vintage bicycle, the security charge is £175.00.
Looking after our hired items
When hiring our items we expect them to be returned in the same condition as they have been to you on hire. Items will be checked and any damages will be photographed the replacement cost will be deducted from your security deposit.
If hired items are collected/returned to ourselves soiled and dirty and also if you are using candles any wax residue will need to be removed and cleaned. If not, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee to cover labour and materials to clean to the standard that they were hired to you.
